My 22 Year Old Granddaughter Has Had Bouts With Reflex.

My 22 year old granddaughter has had bouts with reflex. But today she woke up sick and vomiting. She vomited a lot until her stomach was empty and she was vomiting yellow. I looked it up online and bile reflex sounds like what may be happening. She hasn't ate all day but she drank a sprite and seems to be alright right now. She has no insurance so I don't know what to do for her until I can find away o get her to a doctor. Can you give me advise ?
