My 22 Year Old Special Needs Daughter Took Trileptal For

My 22 year old special needs daughter took trileptal for two weeks and then got a terrible red purple black rash all over her forearms. we stopped the drug 3 days ago and she is pulling on her eyelashes,and sneezing. Should I still be worried about side effects of this drug at this point?
