My 22 Yr Old Daughter Was Diagnosed Last Year With

My 22 yr old daughter was diagnosed last year with celiac disease, Hashimotos and PCOS after a symptoms of significant weight gain for no reason. She is treated with Tirosant (no gluten), Metformin, Aldactone and Yasmin birth control. She continues to gain weight, despite a very restricted diet and and exercise with a personal trainer. She was on Trulicity with no results. I am concerned that we are missing something in the pituitary . The endocrinologist placed her on a diet pill but to me that is just a bandaid and temporary, we need to find the mothership of causes.
