My 22 Yr Old Male Cousin Was Told Today That

My 22 yr old male cousin was told today that he has congestive heart failure and his heart is the size of a grapefruit. We were also tole that his heart is only functioning at 20%. The Dr's are supposed to be trying to get him moved to Emory hospital in Atlanta Ga. What kind of up hill battle can we expect and what is the life expectancy. The dr where he is now said he wouldn't live to be an old man. But what is an old mans age?
