My 22 Yr Old Son Had Brown Blood In His

My 22 yr old son had brown blood in his urine for 2 days. He has seen a urologist and a oncologist/hematologist He has had over 30 blood tests in 2 months. Now the oncologist is sending him to a liver specialist because he has a high liver enzyme. I don't know what enzyme it is but it should only give a reading of 20 but my son's is 100. could this be cancer of the live?
