My 23- Year Old Daughter Has Been Dizzy, Complaint Of

My 23- year old daughter has been dizzy, complaint of shortness of breathe, swallowing, headaches, feeling "off", not thinking clearly , eating.....generally off. She has begun seeing a therapist,a s it may be anxiety for it's been over a month and she's not getting any relief. She is going to see a neurologist. Any suggestions
