My 23 Y/o Daughter Saw Fnp On 1/21/17 For Left

My 23 y/o daughter saw fnp on 1/21/17 for left otitis externa. Was given injection toradol and script for 20 of these pills and a script for Cortosporin gtts. Patient weight approximatlh 530 lbs. She has also been taking ibuprofen (3-4) tabs about 6 hours apart as well as the toradol. When I found out this I told her she did not need to mix. She is not sick now other than the ear pain. We are concerned about this combination over the last three days. Does she need to follow up with her pcp this week for some labs? Thanks.
