My 23 Year Old Daughter Has Had Several Odd Symptoms

My 23 year old daughter has had several odd symptoms over a four year period that we don't know if they are all related. She has a "hump back"....between her shoulders at the lower end of her neck. She suffers from fatigue. Has had a significant weight gain. She has intermittent swelling in the palm of her hands and some of her digits....only one hand at a time. The fingers are very distended with fluid and the skin is very stretched. It resolves on it own. She has the same symptoms in her feet, not necessarily at the same time. She has pain under her sternum which she says is not heartburn, reflux type pain. Any insight would be appreciated
