My 24 Year Old Son Has Psoriatic Arthritis And Has

My 24 year old son has psoriatic arthritis and has been on Humira since 15 (bi-monthly injections) he was recently switched to Remicade due to forming antibodies to Humira. He also recently moved to Chicago from South Carolina. He is due for a infusion on Monday but has been in bad pain in his hips and finger joints. he has an appointment with an arthritis doctor (new to him) in Chicago but not until 1/30. Is there anything he can take over the counter to help get him through the pain. His arthritis has been under control since first starting on Humira at 15 until just now. Not sure if it is the switch to Remicade, the cold weather, or what? Any advice is helpful, worried about him and he is a guy so not a lot of info coming my way.
