My 2.5 month old kid is suffering frm cold for the last 5 days.he is also having mild coughs occasionally. Consulted doctor n was told that chest infection s der and adviced mega cv drops 1ml twice daily for 10 days (two bottles) Is it advisable to use antibiotics for small kid?any side effects? If he recovers in 5 days whether it can b stopped?
