My 25 Year Old Daughter Has Had A Pap Test

My 25 year old daughter has had a pap test come back stating they are doing a biopsy for low grade dysplasia. What I am reading seems to focus on early sex and partners. She has been married for a 1 1/2 years and her husband has been her only partner. What should we be concerned about?
