My 26 Yr Old Daughter Has Been Sick For 5

My 26 yr old daughter has been sick for 5 days now. I took her to the clinic yesterday and the Dr ordered a shot of toroidal for her migraine headache. She has MS and fibromyalgia(sp). Her face and lips are white off an on. 98.6 temp. Lose stools, no appetite and has nausea. Dr yesterday just treated headache and nothing else. What should we do? I was thinking about taking her to emergency. Also her glands on both sides of neck are swollen. She has been working with a lady that has strep. Possible?
