Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My 26 yr old daughter in law had a cancerous tumor removed in the roof of her mouth. they took samples around the surgery area and the results came back and they said they did not get all of the bad tissue around where they removed it and have to go back in and remove more. They said it is adenocarcinoma instead of mucoepidermoid. She was having a hard recovery with alot of nerve pain. Is this a common surgery and is it recoverable?
