My 26yo Daughter Delivered A Baby In January. During The

My 26yo daughter delivered a baby in January. During the C- section they noted an ovarian cyst which had also been noted on previous sonogram. This week she had a follow up US. She now has a complex ovarian cyst measuring 7cm. Ca125 is normal. MRI and surgery scheduled. Could this be cancer?
