My 27 Year Old Daughter Recently Had A Chest X-ray

My 27 year old daughter recently had a chest x-ray due to being ill since Dec. with cough, wheezing shortness of breath, fevers. Her x-ray report states lungs are moderately well-inflated. Minimal right lateral lower lung opacity is seen on the frontal view, likely in the right middle lobe, atelectasis versus infiltrate The costophrenic angles are sharp. What does all this mean? Is it possible cancer? Thank you concerned Mom!
