My 28 Year-old Daughter Reports Swelling On The Lower Right

My 28 year-old daughter reports swelling on the lower right side of her abdomen (close to the leg/torso crease) which does not hurt to the touch. She has no fever and reports no other symptoms except pains similar to those of ovulation for a couple of successive days (usually she experiences pain with ovulation, but only for a day). She otherwise feels fine, except when she coughs, reports mild pain in the area of the swelling. She has had cysts in the past. Does she need to visit Urgent Care?
