My 2yo Child Is Vomiting White Cottage Like Cheese..especially When

My 2yo child is vomiting white cottage like cheese..especially when shes sleeping.. She is in antibiotic for a throat issue. She had cough as well but only seem worst when she is sleeping. Should i cutback on the milk before sleeping? She does not have fever and is well aside when she cough ( itchy throat).. Her pedia noted no phlegm in her lungs during her check up.. But her coughing especially when lying down is disturbing her sleep and irritating her..
