My 2yr Old Daughter Developed A Rash That Looked Like

My 2yr old daughter developed a rash that looked like little pimples with white heads and also just little red bumps. Some were scattered and some clustered together. Present on face,nape of neck shoulders,legs,and diaper area. Diaper area appeared to have blisters and many red bumps. These have continued to get worse everyday. She also developed a fever last night. She's extremely cranky and appears peeked looking with dark under eye area.
