My 2yrS OLD aged kid suffering from Microcytic hypochromic anemia with reactive lympHocytosis. He started medication of irofas syrup and feeding of iron rich foods since last two weeks. With in 15 days we have not seen any more progress. How much duration it takes for healing process?
