My 2yrs Old Female Baby Is Suffering With Fever, Cough

My 2yrs old female baby is suffering with fever, cough and chest congestion since 10 days. Almost pediatrician changed from amoxy to cefalaxin to azithromycin to oflox. Now all antibiotics are stopped. Still no improvement my baby is suffering with wheezing now. Please give me a suggestion.
