My 3 1/2 Year Old Daughter Has Been Randomly Waking

My 3 1/2 year old daughter has been randomly waking up in the middle of the night, coughs and then vomits. I take her to the bathroom where she is half asleep and she vomits 3-4 more times of undigested food. She has no fever and then goes back to sleep. She has also done this during the day where she says she feels like she has to vomit and does as well. she had reflux when she was a baby. Should I take her to a specialist? Could this be more serious than just reflux?
