My 3 Month Old Was Laying In His Car Seat

My 3 month old was laying in his car seat unbuckled on my bed. I left the room for 5 seconds & he jumped out the car seat on the floor. He landed on his stomach & hit his face. He has no physical injuries or anything & he only cried for like 5 seconds. What should I do?
