My 3 Week Old Son Was In His Bobbie Pillow

My 3 week old son was in his Bobbie pillow on a bed that was no more than foot and and half off the floor that my other son pulled to the ground there no mark or any thing when I got in there he wasn't crying .. Been watching him been acting normal .. Will be ok do I need to take him to the doctor
