My 3 Year Old Daughter Has Throat Pain And Fever

My 3 year old daughter has throat pain and fever and cold. I have roxid 50mg/5ml in hand and P125 syrup for fever. Will this help my daughter in this situation. I'm confused with roxid and sporidex 250mg that which one is for throat infection. Please help me
