My 3 Year Old Granddaughter Has A Tiny Knot On

My 3 year old granddaughter has a tiny knot on the side of her nose just below the bridge of her nose. It is not noticeably visible but can be felt. It feels like it is part of the bone. It does not hurt. She has an appointment for a well check up in 9 days so my daughter is planning to ask the pediatrician about it at that time. I am concerned now. Does she need to rush the appointment?
