My 3 Year Old Is Complaining Her Mouth Hurts. I

My 3 year old is complaining her mouth hurts. I looked to see if any of her teeth would be bothering her or if her throat looked red. I didn't see anything wrong with her teeth or her throat but I did notice the roof of her mouth looks yellow, should I be concerned?
