My 3 Year Old Son Has Been Abit Constipated And

My 3 year old son has been abit constipated and today his stool was a pink colour with red bits. It looked like raw meat. He did eat red grape but im not sure if yhat is the cause. He has not complained about any tummy pain but he has not been urinating as much in the last few days. It was 24 hrs since he had been to the toilet. Should I be concerned? There has also been the odd times he has complained about his bottom hurting.
