My 3 Year Old Son Has Been Vomiting Every Time

My 3 year old son has been vomiting every time he eats. He has also been having trouble with allowing he body to dedicate. He is drinking water but only urinated once today. He seems really thirsty, so I give him water then he looks like he feels horrible right away. He has zero energy and is not running a fever.
