My 3 Year Old Son Has Issues Going To Sleep

My 3 year old son has issues going to sleep when I put him to sleep and he crys and trys to make himself throw up but when his dad puts him to bed there is no issue. Just trying find out how we can get him to go to bed for me with no issues and being up all hours of the night until my husband comes home from work.
