My 3 Year Old Son Hit His Eyebrow On The

My 3 year old son hit his eyebrow on the side of the couch and it busted open and oozed blood and swelled up. I stopped the bleeding and the swelling has gone down, but he's extremely tired and won't stay awake. What should I do? My husband thinks he's fine and he's sleepy because it's night time . I'm worried because it's his eyebrow and he got sleepy so quickly. Thank you
