My 3 Year Old Son Keeps Complaining Of A Buzzy

My 3 year old son keeps complaining of a buzzy foot (pins and needles) its reoccurring and its not always when he is sat (we try to keep him from sitting in the w position as its apparently not good for hips) can you advise whether I need to get him checked over or am I being an overly worried parent!
