My 3 Year Old Vomited What Seems Like Sacks Of

My 3 year old vomited what seems like sacks of clear jelly yesterday they are varieing in size from pinky nail size to almost an inch large... I have a picture.. he threw up and then was fine.. he's acting fine and there's no fever.. I don't know what to do..
