My 3 Yr Old Daughter Keeps Sayin Owie,ouchy. She's Gone

My 3 yr old daughter keeps sayin owie,ouchy. She's gone poop not to long ago. So not constipated. It was a very healthy one too. But she is having pain in her lower left abdomen n sensitive to touch. Also lower left back, around her ribs on her side. I can tell It hurts to move around which is hard to keep her to stay still usually. No fever, no vomiting, no loss of appetite, but she really hasn't eaten much tonight cuz she refused to eat what was for dinner. We had b.l.t.s.
