My 3 Yr Old Son Had A Grand Mal Seizure,

My 3 yr old son had a grand mal seizure, he had a head CT and blood work done, all came back normal. They are thinking it was caused by a scull fracture he had 5 months prior to the seizure. We are going to see a nurologist but they are booked for 3 months, is having seizures 5 months after a head injury fairly normal? Will he have seizures the rest of his life? can he start school and resume normal activities? Or do I keep him home for 3 months?
