My 3 Yr Old Son Just Randomly Got A Fever

My 3 yr old son just randomly got A fever and its been a whole day the fever goes. And comes. Temp hasnt gotten higher than 101 ,he has a slight stuffed nose.other than that he acts normal,eating good, normal bowel mmovements. Been giving Motrin, but tonight he keeps Moaning While sleeping but he Insists nnothing is wrong,should i be
concerned?
