My 3 Yr Old Was Jumping From The Couch Onto

My 3 yr old was jumping from the couch onto the table but missed his footing and landed on the edge of the table with his stomach. You could tell that he knocked the wind out of him so he cried for a bit. We were concerned that he may have injured something internally. That said, he seems to be ok, running, laughing and talking but is there anything that we need to look for just in case?
