My 3&1/2 Year Old Baby Wt 12.5kg Has Fever Since

My 3&1/2 year old baby wt 12.5kg has fever since last 36 hours .which varries from normal to 103°c . I am using drug name Flexon Syrup 60ml containing ibuprofen 100mg & paracetamole 162.5mg per 5ml . What should be the right dose of medicine to be taken... & wait how long to take to a doctor....
