My 31 Yr Old Daughter Has A Rash Covering Her

My 31 yr old daughter has a rash covering her legs, arms, chest & back. Now her eyes are itching. Went to urgent care this morning. Her throat was soar, but tested negative for strep. Rash was puzzling to dr. The eyes began after dr visit. He gave her a cream for the rash. The rash is red & watery.
