My 32 Month Old Daughter Fell Backwards From The Side

My 32 month old daughter fell backwards from the side of a shopping cart and bumped her head. She dis not lose consciousness or show any signs of injury immediately following. When we arrived home about an hour later she ate a few bites of her lunch and asked to take a nap. When she awoke from her nap she complained of neck pain. It was still bothering her when she went to bed. We gave her Tylenol and put ice on it for a short time. Should she be seen?
