My 34 Year Old Son Has Been Using Benzos (xanax),

My 34 year old son has been using benzos (xanax), no prescription. He is currently enrolled in a clinic receiving daily doses of Methadone for his recovery from his heroin addiction. He has run out of Xanax, experiencing twitching and fears he will go into seizures. He has been told by his clinic to go the ER but I question with his drug history if they will even be willing to help him?
