My 35 Month Old Son Slipped And Fell On The

My 35 month old son slipped and fell on the back of his head while I was mopping Tuesday night. Now I noticed dried blood in his left nostril today. He seems the same and unbothered by it. He has a burp towel that he likes to sniff and it has a dime sized dried up spot of blood on it too.
