My 35 yr old son frequently gets large( the size of a quarter but raised) on his forehead . They are painful, and look awful . He has tried cold to reduce swelling and heat to draw them out. Neither seems to do much good. He has also tried Preparation H to reduce the swelling. They are possibly related to stress. What are these?
