My 3.5 Yrs Old Daughter Frequently Suffers From Chest Congestion,

My 3.5 yrs old daughter frequently suffers from chest congestion, wheezing, cough, cold n fever.
And this occurs in a gap of 2 to 2.5 months. At this period she suffers with high fever of 104 Degree and also with lack of oxygen in her blood since she takes breath very frequently.
We showed her many doctors in uae, they said it is a mild form of asthma. Here dey admit her and inject her with anti biotics and nebulization for 7 days. but this repeat after 2 to 2.5 months.
We again consulted a doctor in India, there they said that she is suffering with a breathing disorder.
where she needs continuous nebulization during such attacks.
Last month in India, she was kept under observation with nebulization of Astahlin in every 1 hour gap for one day and was given Oxygen for 24 hours till her body oxygen level was normal.
Then nebulization gap was increased to 4 hours without oxygen.
She was not given any anti biotics or any cought syrup or any sort of medicines.
only on nebulization she was OK and after that she started vommitting large quantity of cough. she was fine by 1 week.
Is this treatment normal. Can i continue with the same.
Please advice.
