My 37 Year Old Son's Blood Pressure Has Been Rising

My 37 year old son's blood pressure has been rising the last few days. He's stressed for several reasons. This morning it was 159/111, pulse 127. He currently does not have a primary care doctor, and after researching and calling a few doctors this morning, the earliest he can get in as a new patient is July 5. My question is should he go to urgent care today?
