My 3yr Old Has Had Staph On Her Bottom, Then

My 3yr old has had staph on her bottom, then as that healed she ended up with impetigo on her leg. Now her fingers are peeling as if they had blistered but no liquid. Just sheets of skin coming off her fingers on both hands. She was on amoxicillin for the staph then was switched to clindamycin for the impetigo and some cream to go in her nose.
