My 3yr Old Hit His Head While Running By Pool

My 3yr old hit his head while running by pool side slippery and fell bac his head . He had lil bump bottom side his bac head . Cried for bit but then hour later started throwing up . Not holding anything down beside bread Gatorade . He is smiling and playing now but still worried should I take him to hospital
