My 4 1/2 Year Old Has Not Pooped For A

My 4 1/2 year old has not pooped for a very long time. Yesterday, she had prune juice. We gave her a small laxative this morning, nothing happened. She's eaten plenty of fiber today, and has eaten meals. We gave her a suppository about an hour ago and she has not so much as had flatuence.... What do I do now?
