My 4 Day Year Old Infant Swallowed A Short Piece

My 4 day year old infant swallowed a short piece of hair. I think its dad's hair. I seen it in her tongue and tried grabbing it but she ended up swallowing it. Is this bad? She threw up an hour after she ate and swallowed the hair. Not sure if she threw up from the hair or from being full.
