My 4 Has Had 1 Fever Related Seizure And 27

My 4 has had 1 fever related seizure and 27 days late another non fever seizure. He had it 2 days ago and is complaining of neck pain. They did cat scan and found nothing. We are scheduled to go away on vacation this coming week. His eeg is scheduled when we return. Is it safe to go away with him. Would high altitude cause seizure. He also has a heart murmur
