My 4 Lb. Toy Poodle Was Fighting With My Other

My 4 lb. toy poodle was fighting with my other dog and when I went to break them up, he bit me thinking I was the other dog. It hurt like --- and then I realized I was bleeding. I washed it and ran it under warm water for a bit and put some bacitracin on. I covered it with a bandaid. After just 1-2 minutes, I was having a cold sweat and was nauseated. I threw up and felt better afterwards. Was the nausea from shock and pain?? I was in a deep sleep prior to their fighting and it was not a good way to wake up.
